2.Product

BBG WORLD enables the sale of a variety of products. Shipping for all the products on the website shall be per the company’s policy, which may be changed by BBG WORLD from time to time.
In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team on+91 9833211997 or write to us on help@thetheshoestory. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced or other corrective measure may be taken to address the issue
Incase the product is out of stock, our Customer Support Team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be raised. For paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account. The money will reflect on your card or in your bank account within 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised. For Cash On Delivery (COD) payments, there will be no refund given as no payment was received by us.

3.Services

You should take all responsibility for your own actions in utilizing the products purchased by you; BBG WORLD shall not be liable for any such action.
You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India.
BBG WORLD shall not be responsible for any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the products purchased on the website.

4.Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our own warehouses. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 7-10 business days from receipt of payment. Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier or logistics companies usually between 9am – 5pm monday – friday, excluding public holidays. Products will need to be signed for upon delivery and acknowledgement shall be the conclusive evidence that the products are delivered. We take no responsibility for acknowledgement signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and send an email at info@theshoestory.in mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon BBG WORLD’s shipment to the shipping carrier.

5.Priority Shipping

This is a service at an additional costs – costs vary based on the product and the pin-code where its needs to be shipped

In case of unlikely circumstances of a delay in the arrival of the package for reasons beyond our control, BBG WORLD will not be liable for the same
If BBG WORLD is unable to fulfill the shipment in a timely manner, the extra fee will be refunded in the form of a store credit

6.Cancellations

In case of requests for order cancellations, BBG WORLD reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice within 36 hours of the order and if the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and in store credit shall be given to you. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. BBG WORLD has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by BBG WORLD and accept BBG WORLD’S decision regarding the cancellation.

7.Billing

BBG WORLD reserves the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.

8.Pricing Information

. The pricing information relating to the product shall be as disclosed to you at the time of your purchase.

. BBG WORLD does not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or any consequential liability to you.

. While BBG WORLD strives to provide accurate information relating to products, services including pricing information, typographical and other errors may occur. In the event that a product or service is listed with incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, BBG WORLD may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. BBG WORLD will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions via the e-mail address provided by you at the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If BBG WORLD cancels the order after the payment has been processed, the entire amount will be remitted to your account from which the payment was made.

9.Refunds Policy

No cash refund shall be given in any case, including but not limited to the following:

(i) return of products in case of defective products/products not as per the original order.

(ii) non-processing of order due to technical errors.

(iii) cancellation of order.

In-store credit shall be given to the customer in above mentioned cases. In store credit means an amount shall be credited to the account of customer and the same shall be used by the customer for making their next online purchase on the website. If the customer does not have an account on the website, the same shall be created for getting the in store credit.

10.Returns Policy

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.return will be acceptable only in case of defective products (only manufacturing defect) or if the product is not as per original order. To return any items that are discovered damaged or not as per your original order , please contact customer service by email at info@theshoestory.in within 24 hours of delivery. The company shall decide whether the product shall be replaced or not and the same shall be communicated to you. All defective products which are not as per order must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return authorization number. Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded. Please note that products shall be in a saleable condition, unused with the product tags and shall be sent through a proper packaging to us. Please allow three to four weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be communicated once your return is accepted/rejected. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy. Some special rules for promotional offers may override this policy. Please note that the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges. In all the cases, company’s decision to replace the product shall be final and binding on you.

We are not liable for any losses and damages in connection with the use of our website. 13.Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit/debit/internet banking details provided by you for availing of services on BBG WORLD will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the personal details which is not lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct details to BBG WORLD. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by BBG WORLD with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. BBG WORLD will not be liable for any credit/debit card/internet banking fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.

14.Fraudulent / Declined Transactions

BBG WORLD reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers’ fees from persons using the site fraudulently. BBG WORLD reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions

19.General Terms for Offers, Promotions, Contests

BBG WORLD shall introduce various offers, promotions, contests from time to time. The terms and conditions for these shall be separately called out and BBG WORLD reserves right to change/ modify/ add/ delete any of terms and conditions on such contests or promotions at its discretion at any time without prior intimation.
While participating in such contests/ promotions, you hereby agree to release and hold BBG WORLD harmless from any claims or demand.
Winners to contests will be decided by the team at BBG WORLD and BBG WORLD is not obliged or required to disclose the mechanism of the same.

The participant’s profile must be public. Entries from private profiles can’t be viewed and therefore will be considered invalid.
If TheShoeStory.in shares any participants photo that does not mean that participant is a winner. A participant will only be considered a winner once TheShoeStory.in explicitly declares the same.
Entries being featured on TheShoeStory.in instagram handle and facebook page are entirely up to the discretion of TheShoeStory.in.
If any entry is found to have abusive and profane language, or an attempt to attack the integrity, personality of any individual or an entity or where there is any attempt to harass any individual or entity or doing/having anything which in our view is demeaning or derogatory, such entry shall stand disqualified and or deleted from the contest and content.
All other terms and conditions on the website TheShoeStory.in not in conflict with these terms and conditions, shall prevail.
All dispute based on this contest is subject to arbitration and jurisdiction of all such dispute shall be within the Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
This contest is void where prohibited by law.
